All  Yacht Charter Reservations Must have a signed contract Balance Paid in Full before Departure !! . Valid ID / Boating Rules & laws agreement read and signed. All Exotic Car Rentals  Must have valid lic state or country . insurance preferred but not necessary,  security Deposits on all rentals

" Some Exotic Car Rentals may Require back Ground check" 

ALL  Deposits  are Non Refundable unless other wise stated.
